I use Nixos as my daily driver Operating System and i Love it.

Benefits of Nix-configured System

• Whole OS in some declerative files .nix
• esay to configure if you know
• freedom to choose and config
• make custome modules and pkgs for your setup

Disadvantages

• Leraning curve extreme
• unique errors and confusing
• time to setup
• learn the basics of linux, nix-lang, nix-pkgs etc

conclution

after all Nixos wins from Archlinux not just in terms of customizations, built for stability with Looks, manageable.
